End NOv 2011, I ordered the 5 days packages thru internet ordering. I expected they call me within a day to confirm the order but they did not. Therefore i have arranged my aunt to cook for me. After 1-2days someone called me and to confirm my order. But I told them i want to cancel and they said "OK". Out of sudden, a guy sent me the food on the following day and I told him actually i have cancelled the order. He said he does not know and the food is here. He asked me to make payment. I paid him the cash and he passed me my meal thru the iron grill because i did not open my iron door. I asked him where is my receipt. He told me the receipt is with the meal and i dont have chance to open it, then he quickly run away. I saw it is sth like invoice/billing.

I received a call from them on 27 Feb 2012, they chased for the payment. I told them i paid to the malay guy already. They said " the actual fact is you did not pay". I asked if i did not pay why you still continue to send food to me and why you only called me now and why did not call me in Dec and Jan." HE said they are busy.

Their food is not nice. In the order, i comments that no spicy food, they still send to me. I order for dinner, they send to me 2pm++.

i m at home the whole day, they just hang my food outside and never knock my door.

Everyday i have the cool food with my daughter. If you like cool food, i think you should order from them.
