in the terms of service I find it quite good and average. But the thing is the theater, the building, the seats it's all so old and looks torn. The seats are literally torn and looks badly 'abused'. Couple times I watch movie there and I kind of afraid, it looks dark and gloomy while other branch look solemnly romantic. Several times I went in and other customer still not enter the theater, there am I sitting all by myself and thinking if the light's off and nobody enter I better go out. My suggestion: please do renovate and do some upgrade, but keep the staff, so far they the one who makes me keep coming back there.
