Climate Air-conditioning Co

My 2 indoor units got overhauled more than 2 months ago and then within the 3-months warranty, aircon starts leaking again.

I spent $380 for overhauling 2 indoor units with top-us gas.

I call them to come and repair again because it's still under warranty but they come up with lots like excuses like "on holiday" or "got many orders" and keep changing the date and time to come to my place.

I first call them more than 1 week ago; and at that time they were on holiday and they said they will call me back...

I wait until last saturday but they didn't call me back...

Last Saturday I call them again and they say can come today (23/08/2011) in the morning but they called me again yesterday (22/08/2011) and said they can only make it today in afternoon or night...

When I pressed them to decide when they can come, they say they don't know; it can even be at night...

It's already 4 PM now (23/04/2011) and I still don't know whether they will come or not...

They do not even answering my call when I call them again. What an irresponsible and lousy service !
