(continue from previous review), I lost my money that I refrained from using for a month, just like that. I know I sound very spoiled for writing this kind of review but what can I do? I do not want to cause a ruckus at their shop, so all I can do is just post this. Most upseting thing is that if people who are more steadfast than us who were having the same problems would probably had a discount or would probably were given a better solution. Was me and my friend just being take advantage just because we are students that has no say? Srsly tho I hope karma falls upon them, I am so angry. 40 dollars may look like a small sum to them but to use students that is our weekly allowance. Shame on those people seriously.

(continued from previous review) what was worse was that both of us does not have that amount of cash on us, so we had to leave the shop paying $38 for the papers that are not even printed fully) When we went to pay, we were charged for using the computer to print the phtotos for a long time (which would have been a quick timing if the photos were printed the first two times we pressed print, or if the photos were fully printed), all along we were held back as they did not help us from the start and we are now being charged for it. One thing I forgot to mention was that the moment they saw the half-printed photos, they immediately said "There was a problem with your file, it's not our fault", putting the blame on us, and yes we understand the problem, but can't they comply to our situation. When we paid the last thing the cashier said was "Next time, print one or two pages first, then print the rest." She was definitely putting the blame on us like we were the ones at fault and like as if we were dumb to not have done that. Thanks for the advice, but shouldn't shops say those kind of warnings before we start to print? Another thing to adress was the colour printing. The black and white printing was priced at 40 cents(if nt wrong, i apologise if its wrong and admit my mistake) and the colour printing jumped huge to a dollar. I'm not sure if that is the same for other printing shops but is that not too much a difference? Is that not ripping us off our money just so their shop will make a lot of revenue? That is just my opinion, though. Still, shouldn't business already know things like these may happen? Shouldn't they already know how to handle this situation other than "This is not our fault, you must pay the full price"? Or if the really did not plan for any of these to happen, shouldn't they have a logical solution for us or at least helped when we asked for it the first time? I was very angry after this incident,

Came there to print photos. Me and my friends usually frequented this place to print things and use the computer once in a while. However, when we came to print photos from google doc, it didnt print the first time. Asked for help, ignored by the workers (they acted busy, acted like they didn't hear our requests). Second time, our photos still did not come out from the printer. Asked for help again, finally came to help. But all they did was say " Press print" (which me and my friend diligently did the first two times). This time round, our photos got printed out, but only about 1/5 of the photos came out. There was a total of 35 pages of paper with photos that are printed out 1/5, while the first 3 was normal. Obviously me and my friend panicked, because one page caused us $1. We are both students that doesn't earn money, we saved up enough to print once and we really needed this for a special occasion as our friend is about to migrate. Naturally, we were looking to the shop owners for help, it wasn't our fault our photos came out that way and we did not predict this to happen, why not give us a chance to reprint or a lower price( a total 38 pages, and each is $1, thus all is $38. but the photos we printed was not even complete, the ink used up to print those half-completed photos wont even fully cover two whole pages, they wont have much waste compared to us students). We kept trying to ask for their coorperation and help but they ignored us even more than before by acting busy, and when we finally got their attention, we ask if we could try printing once more with the same papers that was printed out but on the other side, so it will wont be a waste of their paper, but they replied with "you will have to pay for both sides(which then will be, $38 times 2, $76, but who in this world would pay for pieces of paper for $76, even if that person has the money?
